Freeing yourself from Emotional Eating
Do you use food to fill the voids in your life? Pretending it is your friend, while you nurse a broken heart or try to avoid the many varied challenges you face in your life? Do you eat when you are bored, not hungry or distracted? Do you have particular foods that hold you hostage to their taste?
Chances are, you are an emotional eater. Understand that there is an end to the frustration and anguish you have experienced surrounding this.
I already know that you know how to gorge yourself and then starve yourself into unhappiness, and that you use food for love. What you probably dont know is how to figure out when your body is really hungry and what you really could eat to feel satisfied, happy and nourished.
This class will begin the conversation for you to develop new eating patterns that do not include calorie counting or deprivation. Starting with taking stock of your physical and emotional needs, and then learning how to create a satisfying life that rewards you with other things besides food.
